Somewhat rhetorical question!
Particularly in a time of rapid climate change.
There always has been climate change, but current government policies are exacerbating the rate of change.
Ordinary citizens, while still nominally able to slow the process, are blocked from access to the knowledge needed for informed decisions,but have to live with the results.
Np wonder there have been revolutions in the past – and up-risings. Democratic processes have been so bastardized that only focused action can help slow the process.
Celts have been known for taking matters into their own hands when forced too,but also for applying intelligent responses to the degree possible.
Which will it be??
Maybe the outcome of weather changes in March will be an indicator!
